Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all ticketed events, registrations, and event-related purchases made through HOBBY NATION LLC.

All sales are final.

Event tickets and registrations are non-refundable after purchase, except in the limited circumstances described below.

1) No Refunds After Purchase

All event ticket sales are final. Once a ticket or registration is purchased, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances such as changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or failure to attend the event.

2) Event Cancellation by the Venue

A refund will be issued only if the event is canceled by HOBBY NATION LLC or the event venue and is not rescheduled.

In the event of a cancellation:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Service fees charged by third parties may be non-refundable unless required by law.

3) Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be provided for postponed or rescheduled events unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

4) Transfers & Resale

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold unless explicitly permitted by HOBBY NATION LLC. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket invalidation without refund.

5) Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for purchases that fall within the terms of this Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in restrictions on future purchases.
